Refund and credit policy for Crawlmesh prepaid API credits.

After external payments are enabled, refund eligibility for unused prepaid credits will be shown before checkout and will follow the settlement terms of the active payment provider.
Used credits
Credits consumed by successful API requests are generally non-refundable because they represent completed digital service usage and upstream provider cost.
Failed or duplicate payments
Verified duplicate payments, failed settlements, or provider-side errors will be reviewed and corrected through refund or credit adjustment where applicable.
