API secrets are hashed and cannot be retrieved after creation. Pool account credentials, when configured by an admin, are encrypted at rest using server-side secrets.
How data is used
We use data to authenticate users, secure API access, calculate usage, maintain credit balances, detect abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and provide support.
Sharing
We do not sell workspace data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, payment, fraud, compliance, or support vendors when needed to operate Crawlmesh.
Retention
Operational logs and usage records are retained as needed for billing, audit, security, and reliability. You may request account assistance by contacting us.
